Make sure the Wiper motor is NOT grounded.  It needs to be mounted with rubber grommets,

She is already torn down and soaking in acid. Only problem I have so far is the wiper motor does not work. I bypassed the simple on off switch and no dice
Anybody know a suitable replacement?
