IIRC, every battery has a manufacturer's code stamped into the plastic
somewhere. Or it might be a bar code. Or that might be the date. My
memory's hazy on this, and I can't find the reference I was sure I
bookmarked. :-(

A fairly diligent web search might turn up a list of manufacturers and
their
codes. There are hundreds of them worldwide, many of those in China.

I'd guess that the "100 75" means a reserve capacity of 100 minutes at 75
amps. That's a bit low. Typical today for a standard golf car battery is
115 min at 75 amps. Typical weight is around 63lb, so yours have a little
less lead and hence a little less capacity.

The fact that they've been sitting round the store for a long time isn't a
good sign. When you consider that ET batteries usually last 7-10 years
and
you look at the monthly amortized cost of a better quality battery, these
may not be as much of a bargain as they seem, especially if some of their
calendar life is already gone from sitting.
