Re: (ET) Charger and house breaker

How long is the run from the entrance panel to the outlet you are using? What gauge wire is used in this run? Under the right set of circumstances, a #14 AWG 15A circuit would be on the edge of capacity at the start of the charge cycle. This is where a Kill-A-Watt® power usage device can be a real trouble shooting plus. :)
The dark horse in this race....a tired circuit breaker that  trips under it's rating.I've seen this more than once.

Hi,

I finally got my E12 so that just about everything works (not yet sure about the mower deck).  My brand new T-105 batteries are only about half charged, so I want to charge it up fully.  The problem is, the charger trips the breaker in the house after about 5 minutes.  I have nothing else at all on this circuit either.  Any thoughts?

BTW, I greatly appreciate all the help everyone has given me.
