GE used two or more types of fuse blocks. I have seen a few with the 
screw terminals just as Tom G describes below.

However, most I have seen use double 1/4" quick-connect tabs. Some were 
LittelFuse part 350350 with the tabs above one another; part # XP1863 
from the Safety Device Co in Chicago had the tabs side by side (and may 
have only been for evaluation rather than production??). I have not 
found a current littlefuse part nor any evidence the second company even 
exists anymore.

At the moment, I have some fuse holders with single 1/4" fast-on 
connectors [let me know if you'd like one]. I am planning to pair these 
up with "two-pher" adapters (and list in the store at that point).

I'd of course be happier to find a fuse block with the double tabs off 
the shelf somewhere.
