A few days ago you spoke of the Tripp-Lite APS3636VR UPS as a 36v system
that could possibly double as an Elec-Trak charged. Based on the dimensions
in an add the unit may fit in my E-20 to replace the built in GE charger. 
Do
you know of anyone who has firsthand experience with the APS3636VR rigged 
as
a replacement charger for an E-20? It would be good when my charger plays
out to have a charger/inverter combination. Thanks you.

Tube lights or CFL's? My tubes have a hard time starting when it's cold but
my CFL's will start as low as 10f below O. They take a minute to get to 
full
bright, but they start everytime.

How much do you want to spend.....
the Tripp-Lite  APS3636VR UPs is a 36v system. It's about 800 bux. But it
also has 3600watts capability and doubles as your charger, so you never 
have
to worry about that breaking down again either.  (Hope I didn't just jinx
somebody)

I know at least one person is using the APS, maybe he'll chime in. I plan 
to
get one if I ever can manage to scrape up an EXTRA 800 bux. I really like
the unit, it's just not high on my list of priorities yet.
