1 - are the terminal and clamp really clean ? Including the clamp to
wire connection ?
2 - Check the voltage drop from the terminal (battery post) to the clamp
and wire.
3 - Check the voltage across the battery when it's under load, if the
voltage is about 10 volts or less than probably there is a shorted cell.
