don't know, but if we can ship it to someone that has the facilities to
duplicate it, I can loan mine to the cause.All I ask is that it returns in
reasonably good condition.I realize that it is old and
brittle.
Also if a loose leaf, unbound
copy could be provided, I would be more than happy to scan it and place it
on my server. :)
