Re: (ET) inverter
GE made a rotary inverter (motor-generator) for the ET - good for about
1000W I think. It essentially (is?) the same as the one made by
Redi-Line. A bunch of Redi-Lines sold on ebay a couple years ago - I
snagged one and have used it as emergency backup. Electronic inverters
are also available and should work well, but I have no experience there.
Maybe a bit hard to find a 36V one - I think they tend to be pricey.
Nice thing is they are quiet and you can drive the ET up close to the
house or wherever it's needed.
