Thanks, Jon, for the help. No luck so far finding
one, so:
Length of coiled portion is 4 & 3/8 in. The coil OD
isabout 3/4 in. There is a hooked portion 5/8 in long at each end. The spring
wire diameter is 1/8 in. These are as close as i can measure. The numbers are
not quiute the same in every part of the spring (due to battery acid, I
expect).
