Re: (ET) ET Appliance extension cord

For a brief summary of the various list and off-list responses:

Chris sent: By the way, if anyone wants one, the Hubbell connectors for
the ET
  are as follows:

  Outlet: HBL7210B
  Insulated grip: HBL7102C

  Handy info to have :-)

  Chris

Grainger's site gives the following information for the outlet (HBL7210B)
(but their picture is of a three-prong receptacle):
Single Receptacle, NEMA Configuration L2-20R, Current Rating 20 Amps,
Voltage Rating 250 Volts, Power Rating 2 HP, Number of Poles 2,
Number of Wires 2,

Grainger information, for the plug (HBL7102C):
Locking Plug, NEMA Configuration L2-20P, Current Rating 20 Amps, Voltage
Rating 250 Volts, Power Rating 2 HP, Number of Poles 2, Number of
Wires 2

These are both the same as on the StayOnline.com site.

They're listed for $10 or $11 at the StayOnline.com site, $16 and $14 at
Grainger. I also heard from Garry Freese, who has them both for $20. Tom
Coate just sent a message with similar information.

You might try a real electrical supply (the kind that has vans parked
outside with local electricians' names on them ;-).
