(ET) e12 lift wiring

The "hot" side of the wiring goes from the hot side of "1R", (there are 
3 light and one heavy wire there) thru fuse2, then to the center tap of 
the lift switch - from the other taps on that switch to the lift motor.

The "negative side goes directly to the negative terminal of battery b3.
