(ET) E15HA PTO Problem

Hello all.  I'm a new E15 owner, the HA26E15HA version, and I'm having some
trouble with the PTO. The PTO works, but only when I hold the switch up in
the momentary on position, not when I release it into the on position.  I
just found that the diode CR-3 on the diode varistor assembly board has a
broken lead.  Is that all there is to this problem?  And, is that an
easy-to-find diode, as in Radio Shack?
