(ET) Card #3 on E20

Hi,  I hope one of you can help me determine a component that has fried on my #3 card in E20.  The component next to the long resistors, closest to the firewall of tractor has burned and separated.  The only thing left are the two metal wire connectors that obviously held the component.  Does anyone know what this is, and what does it control?
