Re: (ET) E-141 Question (Making Lightening) - E-20 = faster ?

Title: Message
I thought E-20 was rated for 9 MPH . . . so that would make it a bit faster ?

How does the transmission compare to the GE E-20?

Strength and speedwise?

What is the power rating of the E-141 vs the E-15 & E-20?<

Ok first I made a slight error the E-141 were made from, 1980 to 1983. The have an 8 speed Wheelhorse Transmission model 103918 the GE and the B145 and the C185 had Peerless. I'll have to dig deeper for the power rating. Basically. Lawn tractor don't go faster than 7 mhp it is sort of and industry standard based on the standard speed of the electric motor (I think it is 1750 RPM) and the pulley on the transmission.
