Not sure, but they are not that complicated to make. However if you do 
this, make sure the solution is telescoping; as the blower moves around 
the front of the tractor the crank will move as well.

Come to think of it, if I didn't have a crank I would probably just 
mount an electric motor and gear on the windlass and run it via electricity.
