       The E-12 M has smaller tires, an easily rectified minus if it will 
be
used in uneven terrain.The mid mounted mower deck is also a minus, that I
remember well from my first ET, an E 10 M.
      I think that you will find the mid mount deck even more difficult to
deal with.
