I'm taking the liberty of posting this as it may be of interest to others.

I can't offer much help, probably. A friend had been buying them whenever he saw them, like you, just to have a working one and a spare or two. Also 2 electric cars, and other weird stuff. He gave-sold a couple to others and we help each other with repairs and such. We jokingly refer to ourselves as the Electrak Tontine - after a wine tontine in a movie where the last surviving member got the jointly owned bottle.... Here the last survivor gets the spares inventory - almost as large as yours.

There must have been a great salesman through here, because in a town of less than 4000 I know of 16 machines (about 7 running)

Every winter I mount the snow thrower I bought from you on another's second machine and park it at my house. Gives him room to park his car and if needed, I get to play a couple times a season, I'll go and do his drive if needed.

We're mostly retired, so have the time for this hobby. Maybe you can get those you know to enter a parade. Offer a do it yourself fix-up clinic. Any other ideas?
