Re: (ET) Warn lift



      An SLI low profile battery, liberated from a European  automobile,
will fit under the Elec-Trak hood, when secured to a piece of half inch
thick wood.
    Strategically located holes in the wood allow the board to fit over the
power pack's terminals, to prevent movement.
     This is how I have powered the 100 watt {each} aviation lamps that I
use as REAL headlamps, plus tail lamps  and a horn on my E-20 CA. This has
proved a satisfactory option  for me for over fifteen years.
     Lights remain bright, and the horn sounds loudly, regardless of how
hard the tractor is working.
     So, it can be done, IF you chose to use twelve volt accessories,such 
as
the lift mentioned.
     REMEMBER, nothing can be electrically tied to the chassis.
