(ET) Don't send mail to Elec-trak-bounces

Dear Elec-trak subscribers:

Elec-trak list messages go out with a header saying "From" the person
who posted a message and "Sender" elec-trak-bounces cosmos phy tufts edu.
The purpose of the "sender" field is that when people's e-mail
addresses become bad the bounce messages go back to that address, and
an automated system deals with the problem.

Unfortunately, some people seem to have mailreaders which reply to the
sender address, which doesn't work and confuses the bounce-processing
system.  So when you reply to list messages, please check what address
your mailer has decided to send your reply to and don't send it to
elec-trak-bounces.  The right address for posting messages is
Elec-trak cosmos phy tufts edu.  Thanks.
