Well, well!
I would just like to say thank you all so much for diagnosing the broken
on-board charger on my E-15 *just by having an on-line discussion*! My
ladle
is dipped in the river of ElecTrak knowledge.

PS: I also put chains on, since chains are getting such rave reviews. I
have
six extra batteries on the back of my E-15 for power and weight anyway,
and,
well, just as a demo I drove up one side of a tree and down the other.
Pretty good, I'd say.
