Looking for On-Board Charger Capacitors

With Bill not readily available does anyone know where I can purchase 
three dual tap capacitors for my E-20, Wheelhorse 185, and A-64 tractors?  
The old ones were GE Mdl 45F606, 4MFD 660V nom. oil filled. Also looking 
for a supplier for the diodes.
