It is a FAST charger, and BIG inverter.  It is expensive.  The same company
will sell you a smaller 
and cheaper switching power supply /inverter for less dollars.

the way I read the description this is also a charger! correct??  two
functions 
for the price...  
I didn't see a weight listed.  It looks fairly large and beefy.
