I believe the person you are trying to reach is Chuck Sweet.  I have his email as ceswtrac aol com.  I haven't contacted him in a couple of years, but this was the email that I used then.  Hopefully it's still current.
 
BTW, the Gatorblades that I installed on my electrak are doing a good job of  mulching leaves this season.

No, but his/her initials are "CS".  Actually I'd like to contact them too, because I see a ET20 loader listed.  Just curious if it is the same brand or model loader that is on my E15.  If CS is out there, look at my web site: www.plitch.com and let me know if yours looks like the one illustrated there.
