I found the correct bulbs in the grainger Catalog a couple of years ago.  I had to buy a box of ten.  They are made by GE.  I anyone wants to buy one, I am happy to sell some for the price I paid divided by 10+ shipping.  Interestingly, they are only rated for may bee 200 hours.
