Aside from not having a specific output for the shunt field, is there
anything about the Alltrax controller that's specifically intended
for a series motor?

Dave, Andy;
If the E12's use a series motor we
already have controllers for that. We
make a range of models and
current ratings that vary in price accordingly.
Please see our web site
at www.alltraxinc.com for details, including prices
for the SERIES
controllers.
Our original SERIES Golf Car controllers were
designed to replace the
Curtis 1204 and 1205 series controllers
I
can vision a less expensive kit for the E12's that could include
the
appropriate SERIES controller, main fuse, throttle control, fwd/rev
switch,
wiring and instructions.
How's that Dave
?
