Don,
  I think that would be a great idea (for all the manuals) with possibly
some of the funds going to cover the expenses of the web site.  That may
also provide some incentive to talk Bill into building some kind of FAQ for
the web site.

  Also, I have not seen anything from Paul as to what spurred his query for
more input or if he wants you/me/Herb to help get them converted to PDF for
the site...  I'm glad to help this community as are many others on the 
list.
