As with most hardware solutions, there's also a software answer. <g>
You can get much of the same effect under Windoze by surgically removing
Internet Excluder and Outlook Express (yes, it can be done -- see
http://www.litepc.com/). Replace them Mozilla or Opera and Pegasus,
Eudora
Light, or any of several other email clients -- you'll have a system
that's
nearly immune to most worms and viruses.
Also make sure you don't open any unexpected attachments, no matter what
system you have.
