Yup, the E20 uses a front mounted mower. And yes, the same mowing deck should fit on an E12, E14, E15, or E16 (but NOT on an E12m, which is a mid-mount version).
Same goes for the snowthrower. Note that the snowthrower and plow blade both require a mounting bracket (a triangular steel affair) to attach to any of these tractors. With a different bracket and additional lift kit the snow thrower can theoretically be used on an E12m (as a mid-mount it doesn't come standard with the front lift strap).
