I have seen these tractors personally.  The two working tractors are very
rough with lots of rust.  The mower deck on the E12-M sounds (to me) like 
it
has at least one bad bearing in one of the motors.  The two non-working
tractors have been extensively cannibalized with lots of cut wires, missing
parts, etc.  The whole package would be a major restoration project and (in
my opinion) you would end up with one, maybe two, decent tractors in the
end.  I agree that Smitty is a very nice guy, however I think he is way 
over
priced on these tractors.
