I'd go a tad higher than $1k, but I agree that $3k is definitely too high
to
start for what was described there...

If those were complete untouched in the box never had batteries in it
condition, then the $3k is a valid starting bid. For several partial
units,
and all used/in-use, hmm... maybe $1k for the lot, depending on condition.
