(ET) Diode / Varistor Card

OK,

I am still in the process of going over my entire E15, and according to 
the 
service literature I should have a third card the varistor / Diode card, 
it 
seems to have something to do with the field of the motor.  Any ideas??  
It's 
an E15AA.
