hi all
the "ground wire" for the wiper motor was shorten'
and it never went to park at the side. it always stopped when I turned off
the switch. Moving the "ground" to another screw on the unit, solved
the short problem and the blade still stops wherever it is at the time the power
is cut. I won't swear to it, but I believe at this moment it is 12v.

thanks to Steve S I agree with the schematic,
it was the L contactor, I just changed it (swearing and sweating) (95
degrees and dead air) and it works. now to put it all back together
and put all the tools away. thats night work when its
cool
