The front wooden roller often gets extra abuse (running into things, it
lowers first, etc.) so is probably missing.
Replacements aren't too hard to find; the most original was a poster
referring to a bored-out baseball bat. Eventually (when I run out of
parts... not likely soon) I want to put the oval float from a swimming pool
rope (available at most pool supplies) on the rod. They are nice and soft,
and shouldn't make divots when you turn short.

I worked on the ET tonight and took a few pics.
I put an updated photo at my site,
hower.iwarp.com/photo.html
The Rims are painted, but the rest needs some
New Holland Yellow.
The wooden rollers on the back of the mowing
deck are in nasty shape. Any suggestions on where
I can get replacements? Not looking for original, just
something that will be functional. Also, there is
no roller on the front? What should I put there?
Thanks,
Rod
