RE: (ET) charger problem



Two quick checks:
1) One battery is at 3.8 volts, the rest at 5.9. Will this cause all not to charge?
2) Pack voltage does not change when charger is turned.

All the batteries are in series. Check for a bad terminal connection. Simplest check; you should get about 12-14V across each PAIR.
