RE: (ET) charger voltage

Blu, 39.5V at the end of a charge is NOT sufficient. It isn't even to the
'charge' portion of the 'fuel meter'. If after perhaps 12 hours of
charging you are still at 39.5V with the charger on, it is likely you have
a leaky electrolytic capacitor on the charger. We discussed this at
length some months ago. At the end of the charge with a GE charger you
should be somewhere in the 42 to 45V range with the charger on, which will
be in the middle of the 'charge' portion of the 'fuel meter'. The voltage
will drop some several hours after charging. If at the end of the charge
you are at 39.5V, you probably are about 25% charged.
