The Avco is a "rear engine" chassis, probably originally for gas motor
that they converted to battery, probably like JD, in the mid 70's.
There is no "hood" as such, the drive motor and batteries are kinda
under the seat, has a clutch and shift lever like a gas unit. The
blades are driven by individual motors are belly mounted.
