Re: (ET) pipe



thanks I hadn't heard that one.  I was warned about the danger of oil, 
solvents etc that would over time weaken the plastic pipe and consequently 
failing under pressure in fairly spectacular fashion (in fact I have seen
this happen).  I don't plan to run the sand thru the pipe.  the piping 
will 
be to provide air to other points in the garage and out to driveway for 
running air tools, blowing off the workbench, filling the tires etc.
