(ET) ET questions

A couple of repair questions:

1.  Does anyone out there know the value and a place to get the MOV's
that are on the ET cards. All of mine have fallen apart from weathering.

2.  Our C-185 developed a crippling problem about a year ago and I
haven't solved it yet. I miss it, so here goes:  The diodes on the small
card have a bad habit of blowing up. Given 2 good ones, if I put it in
reverse the forward diode blows immediately. Runs fine in reverse. Or
given 2 good diodes if I put it in forward the reverse diode blows
immediately and it will run fine in forward. What's up?? Maybe a power
relay locked up? Any ideas to shorten my TS session? I'm running out of
diodes!!
