Splintering the Elec-trak discussion group between multiple 'boards'

is not a good idea.  The list messages are archived to an eGroups

site already, and has a year or so history of data.  There is a full

archive since 'day 1' available elsewhere, but in a large single file

text format. 

 

I believe it appropriate to let the list owner decide if another 'host'

for the list should replace the current one (tufts).  The eGroup site

is there primarily for ease of searching an 'archive', not as a replacement

'host'.  I don't see anything particularily wrong with having more than

one 'archive'.  But more than one elec-trak list 'host' is wrong...
