My service book comments on lack of drive control, first, check
voltage at relay terminals (36 vdc) , second will be control card #1 may
be defective, it's an excellent idea to clean the contacts on the board
to plug ins. If you need a schematic of the board, I could send you a
copy but probably by snailmail as I have no scanner.
