When I last talked to Bill, his biggest change was to put a lower
resistance push-pull
cutoff switch in place of the original lever. They looked brand new when
he got done.

I wonder if you asked Bill, on the tractors he is restoring,
is he upgrading anything? Or just restoring to original
specs?
