list of people interested in Elec-Traks.  If you get this, you are on
it.  To send mail to the list, send to elec-trak cosmos5 phy tufts edu.
To subscribe send to elec-trak-request cosmos5 phy tufts edu and in
the body of the message put "subscribe".  To unsubscribe send to the
same address and say "unsubscribe".
