lever that  raises the mower deck. Right now it will not raise the deck.

 I tried to contact you sometime  back and have not received any response. 

I also need to know how to take a wheel off as it needs a new tire to replace 

a non-repairable  tire. 

I also would like to know if you have the yellow paint in spray cans so 

so I can repaint the mower.

I tried looking up the Elec-Trak name and could not find any reference to it.
