I believe all of that is in the Owner's manual. Download a copy from one of the Elec-Trak sites and get rolling. I do believe though that you should check the capacitors first: Most of them were simple delay caps and the electrolytics were made before the garbage quality capacitors from the 1980's hit the market. They just might be good (all caps on my E15 board are fine enough).
