not linear, so low voltages don't register proportionally, but
anything in the range the ET will run at normally, should show in
the green.<br>

move, it's all the way to the left, as if everything is off. I
am getting 38v across 13-05 and 5-01 (disconnect is engaged).
I tried a substitute meter, same result. Is the meter waiting
for something less than 38v in order to register a reading?
