with low [, say < 2-3 ] volts there are an addition two, small, wires which
need to be attached to a separate power supply in order to provide enough
voltage to power the display. Higher measured voltage will, in itself, power the
display. That is why the call out for the wattmeter described above is for ā6.5
to 100 Vā.</FONT></P>
