Update: climbing the steeple at Old North

   Based on the conversation last week, this morning Julius showed up with 
a folder full of liability waivers for us to sign.  As I understand it, 
this will make it possible for us to keep going up to the top.
I am not a lawyer, so I can't speak to its completeness.  It's two pages 
long, with six paragraphs that have to be individually initialed, then the 
document as a whole is signed, dated, and witnessed.  Waiver or not, I 
would also be happy if nobody gets injured in the tower.
