      Yes is nice to hear, but no is also really useful information.  I 
understand that in most circumstances people don't know far in advance, 
but sometimes it's clear.  I would say we will cancel practice on Saturday 
the 24th unless we have 4 people who can already ring (plus learners if 
relevant).  Does anybody know of visitors who aren't on the spreadsheet, 
for example?
