WHO: All members of your tower or handbell group are invited to join in a
Zoom meeting.


WHEN: Sunday, April 6 at 4:00 PM EDT.


WHY: The Guild officers are looking to achieve a broader participation in
developing  a Guild succession plan.

Events over the past few years have highlighted the need for a succession
plan to secure the future of the Guild.
We believe that succession planning is important for the NAGCR to continue
to be a productive and informative organization for its members.  We
realize that this topic is critical to many organizations and businesses as
well as our own local bands.



GOALS


*Brainstorm ways that the NAGCR leadership should approach succession
planning.


*Gather ideas from the NAGCR membership to formulate a succession plan.

*Generate more member interest in participating in Guild-wide leadership


I hope to see many of our members on-line on Sunday, April 6!
