     Old North is open for visitors from 10-5 that day.  The ringing room 
tours are at 10:30 AM and 2:00 PM.  That would seem to leave time for 
special ringing.  I am unavailable.   Brian the sexton has been taught to 
chime, but I don't know if he'd be there.  If you think you could get a 
band (or a couple of people to chime), we can ask the historical 
department what they think.
